1. No Guaranteed Outcomes
While we do our best to give your brand or content a high-quality spotlight, we cannot guarantee specific results such as traffic, followers, sales, or engagement. Every audience responds differently, and results may vary.

2. No Refunds or Cancellations
Due to the nature of digital scheduling and promotion, all ad spot purchases are final. We do not offer refunds or cancellations once a purchase has been made.

3. Content & Product Fit
We only feature creators, brands, and products that align with our audience and mission. This includes DIY, crafting, maker, artist, designer, and related creative content or products. If we determine your submission is not a fit, we will contact you to discuss alternative options, but we reserve the right to decline submissions that fall outside our focus.

4. Submission Deadlines
After your purchase, you’ll receive a packet requesting details for your feature. Timely submission of this information is required to hold your spot in the monthly schedule. Delays in submitting your materials may result in rescheduling or forfeiture of your feature.

5. Edits & Revisions
We reserve the right to edit content for clarity, formatting, or tone to ensure consistency with our platform. You’ll always be represented accurately and respectfully, but we may make minor changes to fit the style of The DIY Basket.

6. Scheduling
Features are scheduled based on availability within the month of purchase. We will confirm your scheduled date once we receive all the required materials from you.
